Terms of Use — AlphaGyro Studio

The final commercial license for AlphaGyro Studio (plans, price and activation) is still being defined. Once published, it will complement these terms and be announced here and on the Licenses page.

1. Who we are

AlphaGyro Studio is developed by AlphaCST, based in Manaus, Amazonas, Brazil. Contact: contato@alphamanaus.com.br.

2. Acceptance

By downloading, installing or using AlphaGyro Studio, or by browsing this website, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the License. If you do not agree, do not download or use the software.

3. Use of the software

The software is licensed, not sold. AlphaCST retains all rights to AlphaGyro Studio, its brand and its code.
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, remove copyright notices, circumvent update or signature verification, or redistribute the installers outside this website without written permission, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Third-party components included in the software follow their own licenses, listed on the Licenses page and in the THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES file shipped with the installer.

4. Your footage is yours

All content you process (videos, gyro data, projects and images) remains yours. AlphaGyro Studio processes everything locally and does not send that content to AlphaCST or third parties. You are responsible for holding the rights to the material you process and for complying with the flight and privacy rules that apply to your recordings.

5. Updates

The software may check for and offer updates and new camera profiles. Packages are verified by digital signature before installation. In exceptional cases, such as a security flaw, an update may be marked as mandatory.

6. Warranty and liability

We work to make AlphaGyro Studio reliable, but the software is provided "as is", with no warranty that it will meet every specific need or run uninterrupted on any hardware. Always keep your original camera files: the software does not modify or delete source files, and renders are written to new files. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaCST is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from use of the software. Nothing in these terms limits rights guaranteed by applicable consumer protection law.

7. This website

The content of this website (text, logos, images and demo videos) belongs to AlphaCST or is used with permission. DJI, O3, O4 and D-Log M are trademarks of their respective owners; AlphaGyro Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by DJI. Other product names mentioned belong to their respective owners.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the version in force. Relevant changes will be highlighted on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with venue in the courts of Manaus, Amazonas, without prejudice to consumers' right to file suit in their place of residence.
