In short: your footage never leaves your computer, the app has no telemetry and this website does not track you.

The AlphaGyro Studio app

What the app does not send

AlphaGyro Studio processes everything locally. It does not send to AlphaCST or any third party:

  • your videos, or any clips or frames from them;
  • gyro data;
  • projects (.agproj) and render settings;
  • images, thumbnails or screenshots.

The app has no telemetry, uses no Google Analytics or similar tools and creates no installation identifier.

Update checks

To find out whether a new version or new camera profiles are available, the app sends our server only four pieces of information:

  • the installed version (for example, 1.0.0);
  • the operating system (macOS or Windows);
  • the architecture (Intel, Apple Silicon or x64);
  • the update channel (stable, beta or nightly).

Gradual rollouts of new versions are decided on your own computer, from a random number stored only on your machine and never sent. As with any internet connection, the server receives the request's IP address; it is used only to deliver the response and for security, in short-lived technical logs.

Diagnostics

The file created with Help → Diagnostics → Export stays on your computer. It only reaches us if you choose to attach it to a support email. It contains technical information (GPU, drivers, codecs, logs) and does not include your videos.

This website

  • No tracking cookies, no Google Analytics, no social media pixels and no third-party scripts.
  • Your theme preference (System, Light or Dark) is stored only in your browser's local storage.
  • To show the latest version, the changelog and videos, the site queries our own API at the same address.
  • The contact and "email me the link" forms send nothing over the internet: they only open your email app with the message ready.
  • The web server may keep technical access logs (IP address, date, page and browser) for a limited time, for security and abuse prevention.

Emails you send us

When you write to contato@alphamanaus.com.br, we use your name, email and message content only to reply and provide support. We do not sell or share this data for marketing.

Your rights (LGPD)

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018), you may request confirmation, access, correction or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, such as support messages. Write to contato@alphamanaus.com.br.
